@benfuddled @elementary @FlatpakApps afaik that was the plan for either Granite or the Flatpak runtime as part of AppCenter for Everyone, but it wasn’t completed. Unless the developer explicitly hardcodes the elementary GTK stylesheet, it will try to use what Flatpak sees as your system stylesheet. The runtime includes the stylesheet, though, so it should be an easy fix.
