@RVLara23 @allanfriedman I would directly ask them to explain their rationale against vaccination at earlier than 50 yo. If their answer is simply "because the FDA says so" then that isn't an actual analysis of the possible benefits and downsides of receiving the vaccination earlier than later in life, it is simply adherence to a prescribed schedule from on high.

    @RVLara23 @allanfriedman I can see arguments against earlier vaccination, such as that later in life you might have more waned protection, but in many cases that can be fixed with a booster. To me, that many people seem to be getting flare-ups of this earlier than at 50 years of age and we also have new data showing that this vaccination may be very important in protecting against dementia make me strongly believe that the schedule for when to get this vaccine should be moved up.
