I look forward to new releases of Raku. When I first started using the language "Hello, World!" took north of 300ms as measured by `time`. Now it's down to ~100ms; #Perl is only so much faster. If that's what the #Rakulang folks can do with a hard to optimize compiler, I'm really looking forward to RakuAST. I'm sure that will take time to improve too, I get it. 1. Make it work. 2. Make it pretty. 3. Optimize it. What's left for #RakuAST to go live?
