Public transportation in Delaware is an absolute quagmire. I depend on it and there’s no accountability for drivers that show up 10 minutes or more early or very late. They get a slap on the wrist and a , “Don’t do that again! Bad!” Meanwhile the consequences for me are real. I face punishment for being late. To avoid being late, I must take Uber or Lyft. Being poor is not easy. #transit #reliable #now #publicfunding
