@llorenzin @IAmDannyBoling I've encouraged a few in the position to do so to get out. Lots of boring 'tech' jobs in regular companies still and those of us with big tech backgrounds are typically considered a catch for them. Yeah you get less money, but you also are typically working an actual 9-5 and viewed as an expert. The ones who did quit were stressed for six months, then slowly the relief set in.
