Hey all y'all penguins out there, I'm looking for a #Linux distro so give me ALL your recs! * It MUST be able to install and use without an internet connection, and it would be very nice if this was actually easy and doesn't require some arcane wizardry. * It MUST have KDE Plasma. * It would be very nice if it had a strict no-AI contributions policy and excludes known vide-coded software, but I recognize that's getting increasingly hopeless. Still. Would be nice.
