@samnabi our problems in Waterloo region seem like they’re the result of a terrible, historical disconnect, possibly in data and communications more than anything - between governance&stewardship and maintenance&operations. If we didn’t have bureaucratic silos where one thinks underground resources are infinite and a completely disconnected one discharges effluent to a down-gradient surface channel that ends in Lake Erie, weeellll…
