Sunny dinner I forgot to post last week ☀️
- Pollo con manzanas y uvas (Roast chicken with apples and grapes)
- Verduras de la buerta con salsa vinagreta (Veg with tomatoes and hard-boiled egg vinaigrette)
- Smashed potatoes
- Greixonera de brossat (Cheese pudding)
All (except potatoes) from Claudia Roden's 'The Food of Spain', which has many lovely-looking recipes I'm looking forward to cooking more of over the summer.
