Here's what I'm doing this week - it's a bit of a before-and-midway picture. There are two more midways before I can show the after. I will update this thread as we go along.
This picture was the situation before we started: Nikhef, Qupra and EUNetworks are in use, with a WDM circuit that happens to span through Gyrocenter, Equinix AM7 and Iron Mountain in Amsterdam.

On Monday we installed switches and circuits from Nikhef to Iron Mountain and Iron Mountain to NorthC (formerly DCG, we were there!). On Thursday we will work on Qupra core switches. On Friday we will connect Iron Mountain to Qupra. On Sat+Sun we will move out of EUNetworks. #selfhosting on steroids :)
