@britt do you have to buy a new glass cover/case/whatever?
Glad it’s sorted, that sounded stressful.

@giflian I filed a warranty claim, and they looked at the logs and video and determined there was some sort of malfunction (not to worry about) during printing, and it caused the front housing of the toolhead to pop off (which is generally a safety feature and stops printing, lol), but when it did... it smacked into the front glass. Basically, just a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time... and BOOM.- shattered. (Should I go buy some lotto tickets!?) So, I’m getting a brand new glass door and some free filament as an apology. I'll take it.
