There's already an online community of amateur ATC that have to learn, mentor, and prove they can do ATC for online flight sims. It's not a bad take. Some of those folks get really good at the ATC speak and are usually _trained_ by retired or current ATC. It's amateur but those peeps are legit and take the tasks very seriously most of the time. Source: I once looked into doing this but quickly got overwhelmed.

To ensure they're at peak performance, they're gonna need provisions to WFH in their underwear. Job needs to provide endless supply of hot pockets, Doritos, mountain dew, and Taco Bell gift certificates. And three daily 15-minute gooning breaks.
