6 month ago I switched from an iPhone 12 mini to a 17 Pro.
Here’s a mini review:
- I didn’t like the size at first, but got used to it in about 2w
- The battery life upgrade is fantastic: went from constant charging anxiety to not having to care. Easily handle a full intense day, often 2 days.

… the camera control button is not that useful. I’ve got the pick up phone/swipe right gesture drilled in me from the last 15+ years, but the button is handy when that gesture won’t work: when you’re already in an app, or the lock screen is taken over by Maps.
