#books I read in April:
1. I robot - Asimov
⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very interesting. I haven't read Asimov before this, but I liked it very much. The robot cult story and the robot politician stories were the best.
2. Pierre and Jean - Guy de Maupassant
⭐⭐⭐ (3.5)
I used to read Maupassant short stories as a teenager from gutenberg.org. The novel wasn't as good, imo. It was just ok. Quite entertaining, but I haaaaated the characters, especially the one called Pierre. Poor ending too.

@crisps@mastodon.social I used to read Maupassant short stories as a teenager. I loved them. Never tried a novel though. Asimov is a great favourite of mine. Have you read any of his short stories? Definitely recommend them.
