@crisps@mastodon.social I used to read Maupassant short stories as a teenager. I loved them. Never tried a novel though.
Asimov is a great favourite of mine. Have you read any of his short stories? Definitely recommend them.

@JoyceHumphreys@mastodonapp.uk Oh, I forgot that I read The Last Question by Asimov. So technically it's not my first time reading his work. That's the only other Asimov story I've read.
