Now that we covered and clarified all these prerequisites to understand the situation on the ground, let's digest what it means:
If at some point teachers are protesting or having a union strike, #Iran government will be able to specifically target this particular group and cut all their accesses. This means that
1. There will be benign strikes or no strike at all and gov will be happy
2. The effect of the strikes will be very very minor, and gov and society will not get affected
