@cvtsi2sd @megatronicthronbanks @timonsku it does? I've never paid attention to that. I always thought you couldn't really push that plug in the wrong way. It is quite sturdy.

    @lizzard @megatronicthronbanks @timonsku what generally happens is that the tab gets slightly dislodged inwards by accident (especially on multi standard sockets often used with other plug types), then the first time an actual Schuko plug gets used, the tab doesn't slide literally, but gets trapped below the plug, and if the plug is forced in the tab gets crushed between the plug and the socket. May be a quality issue with lower/multi standard sockets that make it quite common here, though.

    @lizzard @cvtsi2sd @megatronicthronbanks @timonsku there is a reason different plugs are used for things like water heaters and induction tops, and this plug is banned many places for EV charging. It seems ok for most use, though.
