Watching an old #Emergency! episode. Still love the show half a century later, and I keep noticing things on rewatch: 1. Pregnant woman accidentally shot in abdomen, unresponsive. No blood, everyone is calm, vitals are crap. This is a LEVEL ONE TRAUMA. In modern TV (The Pitt etc.) this would be a huge deal, with a rapid team response. On 1970's TV? The words say bad things are afoot, but we see none of it. She survives, husband faints. Cue laughs. 1/N
