I should also mention that this is a fairly objective account of recent history pertaining to capitalism. It is far from sneering or cheering for things that have happened, but things like human suffering are framed as negative. If that makes sense. I suppose if you were hyper pro surveillance capitalism and neo-liberalism this could come across as left wing extremist because it’s an accurate account of history. #capitalism #books
