@yosh Any of those would work, yes.
In the longer term, they might want to implement mechanisms to detect abuse (including huge volume by a single party) and limit it. Closing sign-ups forever isn’t great for business.

@samir I'm not sure I'd trade limited (but regular) stability issues for commit and PR quotas personally. That... seems worse? Like a lot worse.
