@samir I'm not sure I'd trade limited (but regular) stability issues for commit and PR quotas personally. That... seems worse? Like a lot worse.

@yosh @samir but it's probably not even the commits and prs themselves, but the (often inefficiently scoped) ci/cd-processes they put into motion? either way, it sounds to me like a company being like "we need more power plants and datacenters, so we can automatically write inefficient code for which we need more power plants and datacenters so we can inefficiently run and test them."
