@yosh If your service cannot handle the load, you can push back, stop accepting more load. You don’t have to degrade the experience for all customers; that is a choice.

@samir Ok, sure but like - what does that mean? Don't let people push commits beyond a limit? Halt the creation of new repos? Stop accepting new users? One thing GitHub has recently done is stop accepting additional individual sign-ups to Copilot.

@samir @yosh Also they drastically cut the price of their Actions runners to compete with third parties, so they drove the exact increase in GHA usage that's being lamented here
