I need your help about #autism : Can one ask if someone is on the spectrum, is that even a correct way to express this? I'm serious, please no replies that are not helpful. Can one even ask, and if so, how. It's a coworker, I want to treat him right. Advice appreciated. I've never run across this before. I know parents, but have never worked with anyone before. EDIT: Appreciate the replies, will delete this today.
