After tiring of seeing apps that can't be updated and will soon stop working on my Apple Macbook Air 11" from 2011 recently, I tested some #Linux distros. I ended up with Zorin, after trying to install ElementryOS, Ubuntu, Debian. The wifi card in the Macbook didn't work. It connected, then froze if used. I gambled on Panda Wireless Adaptateur USB Ultra WiFi (b/g/n) 150 Mbps Wireless-N 2,4 GHz . Plugged it in and it wasn't recognized. But fiddling, rebooting, it eventually did work.
