@markgrieveson What's needed is media literacy and critical education around big tech and AI slop...that not everything you see is real and that there are nefarious actors online.
And the calls for various bans come at a time of neo-liberal austerity in public education systems world-wide.

@leftylabourtech When I was ten years old, I played street hockey, tag, and hide & go seek outdoors. Get the kids off their phones, I feel. So I'm fine with whatever Kinew plans to do. Heck, I think I should put my own phone down and go out jogging or biking now.
