@leftylabourtech When I was ten years old, I played street hockey, tag, and hide & go seek outdoors. Get the kids off their phones, I feel. So I'm fine with whatever Kinew plans to do. Heck, I think I should put my own phone down and go out jogging or biking now.

@markgrieveson I think that's an entirely different issue and the change in culture over the years that somehow everything outside is "scary" and another big moral panic. I used to roam all over the place as a kid without adult supervision and that isn't done anymore. But I don't think you can change that through legislation. It requires cultural changes, and also program changes so that young folks can afford to do stuff.
