libera.chat's new LLM agent policy can be summarized as "Here's a list of straightforward rules any LLM agent must adhere to, such as not joining channels autonomously. Any LLM agent which can be trusted to follow the rules is welcome, but no LLM agent has ever been shown to actually follow the rules, so kindly fuck off."
