@sudaksis@furry.engineer Very frustrating that it is taking this long when this is supposed to be the "simpler" option than regular moving companies. The conclusion I'm drawing is they're as incompetent as the rest. What would they even suggest you do if you didn't have a driver's license and couldn't rent a u-haul? Hire another moving company to move your shit from their facility to your place? They better not be charging you for this storage time because of their mistake.

@anarchaeopteryx@gamepad.club Well, I can't blame them too much for the rental time fees crossing into a second month, but I will for the double charge on the one order because of two pods being involved. The person I called for the swap never mentioned this and made it seem more of an exchange but I might just have to pay delivery costs for the time, which would have just been fairly cheap on its own. But yeah, a normal moving company may end up costing more but is just much simpler. I'll probably stick to that and not do another long distance move again if I can help it.
