After eight (!) times coming home via Frankfurt delayed by at least one hour, I finally arrive in Switzerland on time. In order to celebrate that this through train actually goes further than Basel SBB, I stay onboard until Olten because it doesn't matter where to change. #AmRumReisen

This thread ends with a picture of the #SBB IR 35 taking me to Zurich Altstetten. Summary: three out of four days of travel saw last-minute changes to the timetable. Thanks to a sprint and making use of an unofficial connection, we managed to avoid arriving late at our destinations. And, of course: a beautiful island. 🏝️ And for now, I won't be #AmRumReisen the next days. Thank you for reading and interacting. 😊
