@ChrisCorrigan @harold Sorry, I don't think I've seen anything about the current vaccines and the latest variant. The general feeling of the experts I follow is that our past vaccinations and infections should be fairly effective at protecting people against this variant (with the usual caveats about partial and declining protection over time), so I'd expect the current vaccine would help.

@augieray @harold and is there a consensus on annual vs more frequent vaccinations? (I realize I’m asking you to do work that probably I could discover for myself, and also aware that it might come off that I’m being critical of Harold‘s decision to get vaccinated more frequently. I definitely am not. I respect his approach and wisdom to dealing with the pandemic and recognize that individual circumstances matter.)
