And I seem to recall the Associate Attorney General under Biden leaving his office for the opportunity to prosecute Trump in New York.

@taoish @gleick So, yes, I believe that I was correct in my original assessment that if the DoJ under Biden had access to any incriminating information about Trump, that it would have been at the very minimum leaked.
