Chatting to cute girl - effortless, at ease, gently flirty, she adds me as a friend on all the socials.
Seeing that cute girl hanging out with other cute people - "They hate me! I'll never be cool like them!" crying on the floor, fullblown meltdown.

My therapist is encouraging me to work on my rejection sensitivity by talking to cute people more. I feel almost guilty for paying someone to tell me to talk to hot girls. But well if my therapist says I should do it, who am I to argue?
