Started new job. Delivery driver. Panel truck. Guy training me saw my nervousness. Took me & entire office staff to breakfast in the panel truck.
During breakfast, I finally work up courage to say, I'll drive from here on out. Guy said, "You can't because I know what this truck can/can't do (i.e. fussy clutch, temperamental gear shift) so we'll go back & have it adjusted."
Waited forever. Dream held a lot: Hired, nervous, courage, discouraged, quit. Crazy.
