Today I went to the Ardennes to score some elevation gain in the valleys of Vieux Chera, Ninglinspo and Chefna.
It was much warmer than the weather forecast, upto 22°C near the end. I didn't have enough water and was really dehydrated at the end. Not smart.
But for the rest: beautiful surroundings, hard work in the uphills and steaming down the downhills. A good day out.

And I discovered a poem in the shelter halfway up Chefna. It might have been there last time I was there, but I haven't noticed.
