@pikesley@mastodon.me.uk It's a simple choice; go to bed on 9mmol/L and BG alarm goes off 4 times overnight or go to bed on 5.6mmol/L and need to keep going to the loo all night 'cos BG is now 20mmol/L or higher. I've been trying to manage it for 52 years and failing miserably.
