@CmykStudent I wonder how much these particular icons actually help though.
it’s a mismatch of styles, and most of the resolve to an either a greyscale/rainbow square or circle with blurry content.

@CmykStudent also all the generic “G”s and Invert icons don’t add anything and can probably be dropped. cc @garrett

@hbons Hi! You can read the initial issue report (https://gitlab.gnome.org/Teams/GIMP/Design/gimp-ux/-/work_items/81) or the comments in this thread to get a sense of the strong feelings people have about these icons. They existed in GIMP for many years, and we got lots of complaints when they were lost in 3.0. If anyone's willing to contribute better icons, we're always happy to review and accept. :)
