@stephen@ephemera.vital.org.nz I reckon it wouldn't be too hard to find a thousand more people who could also sue for $1.5 million for things Google's genAI “summary” has said about them.
After about a thousand you wouldn't run out of lawsuits, but you might start to get short on available lawyers.
