Big timelines for #ExoMars Rosalind Franklin programme. Slippage due to NASA pulling out for funding reasons, then a partnership with Russia dissolving due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. Programme was conceived in 2001 and planned launch currently 2028. If that date is missed, it will be another couple of years before perfect conditions are available again 😬. #programmemanagement #portfoliomanagement
