So the felon slaps a 10% tariff on #Alberta #Canada Tar Sands #oil, then okays a pipeline to replace the nixed XL, which will still cross the Missouri River & Oglalla aquifer, to transport the oil, just so US consumers can pay the tax & have our bloody oil for our fucking convenience and increase our #oligarch overlords' wealth.
