@moonglow I'm dyslexic and have poor vision, and Atkinson Hyperlegible is the end-all for me. OpenDyslexic is significantly more difficult to me to read than a standard font.
Aside from that I usually prefer system-standard serif fonts. My strongest preference is Caslon, it's kind of boring but it's extremely readable (the huge counters, blobby ears, and serifs help me distinguish letterforms). However it has very poor 1/l and O/0 distinguishability
In case you need monospace fonts, I use Libertinus Mono which is a very readable serif monospace typeface with excellent distinguishability. Letters and numbers have slightly different cap heights, so it's a little harder to mix them up

@deersyrup Thanks for the response! This is for a optional dropdown menu so I'm not going to go for one over the other, I'm providing options for everyone! - 💙
