Just finished The Future Of Another Timeline by the excellent @annaleen and apart from Nabatean cropping up in the newspaper weekend quiz, and me now knowing where Raqmu is, and apart from learning a bunch, it's kinda shocking how close different realities could be just because people are cruel and/or stupid and/or narrow-minded or selfish or... and then I see the news.
