Sigh. The slight cold I got three weeks ago is still not gone. However I managed to do at least two short beach runs this week, I spent with my youngest at the Adriatic sea. Now I am looking forward to a three day hike with my son and a friend of us. We planned to cross a part of the Swiss Jura, to sleep outside and not to go down to the valleys for the trip. Let's hope for good enough weather. 🤞
