@abizern Lovely to see you back here. I was wondering where you had gone a few days ago because I was (over-)thinking about the 10k I’m doing on Sunday. It’ll be my first one… and it’s on a beach… and I’ll be in a santa outfit. What could possibly go wrong! But I am planning on taking it slow and steady and just trying to enjoy it.

@simon have a good one. It sounds like you’re doing it for fun so don’t overcook it. Start slow and then go slower. Save yourself for the last two K then slowly speed up and feel the joy as you pass people.
