@weyoun6 @violetmadder That's the hopeful read, rather than the pessimistic read. I hope you're right, I fear that Violet is. While we're waiting to find out, all we can do is try to push for your outcome. Either way, apparently someone in the family already chased down the documents, so I'm probably going to go ahead and pursue dual - citizenship, purely for the sake of options.
