@godofbiscuits thanks! I'm trying my best to make it look like the type of app I wish Apple still made. So it's a mixture of system controls (popover, inspector, SF symbols) and simple graphics primitives (round rects, circles, beziers, lines). System native!

@gingerbeardman I've been a macos (then ios/ipados) dev for a bazillion years, mostly on UX stuff. One thing that a lot of apps used to have, that no one talks about were platform integrations, like surprising abilities at drag/drop outside and into the app. open the old text app, for example and even then you could drag files it didn't support into the document window. What would be dropped is the filepaths of the finder items you dragged in.
