@csolisr @grote I use simple dialer available in f-droid repository https://www.f-droid.org/packages/com.simplemobiletools.dialer/ There's also a simple sms messaging app https://www.f-droid.org/packages/com.simplemobiletools.smsmessenger/

@csolisr Yes, for example #QKSMS https://f-droid.org/en/packages/com.moez.QKSMS/ which is much better than anything Google ever made.

@csolisr @grote the simplemobiletools suite https://github.com/SimpleMobileTools/ which is also available on f-droid, provides replacements for calendar, phone, messages, photo gallery etc.
