with US states mandating developers to sell user data is flawed fundamentally. Its the equivalent of asking #tor to give their userbase data (IP address, log files, etc...) When they don't have it, and as such (hypothetically speaking) the US resorts to putting a 1 billion dollar defense budget to build multiple entrance and exit relays to trace user IP It will cost more money to put in, than what is effectively getting out.
