I plugged in a couple of extra monitors earlier because my wife needed a bunch of reference material visible at once. The "Arrange Displays" tool in Settings barely works now. It locked up constantly; I eventually figured out I could only move one display at a time, close the tool and reopen it to adjust the other. Oh, and there's this:
