Small update: the draggable thing appears to be a problem in Safari 26, but _not_ in an embedded WebKit instance on the same computer. Dragging works just fine when previewing my page in Nova.

But then I navigated to some random page in Safari, adding `draggable=true` to a random H2 element, and that element became draggable. So it's something I'm doing. 😕
