@puppy you did a really good job keeping your open letter short and to the point, and focused on the factual timeline. that definitely improves its persuasive power. we've seen a lot of things like this and not everyone manages that, you should be proud.

@ireneista thanks. at the end of the day, the core problem was a lack of communication to the point that we *can't* know people's intents, so i refuse to try to guess them. so, i just documented what happened, stated my stance on it, and left it at that. i clarify as people ask, and do my best to keep people from vilifying Marty while also avoiding defending him, because i *can't* know his full role here.
