@gemelliz@mstdn.ca He feels like one of those “Prosperity Gospel” hustlers who promises to fix all their problems if only they’ll send in some money (or in this case, votes). The only reason this works is because successive governments for 40+ years have failed to keep the standard of living, education, healthcare, and infrastructure high enough — and people are desperate enough to believe the lies. Our trajectory is downward, and opportunistic, blood sucking leeches like PP are a symptom of the rot.
